• Visit customer plant sites and install and commission service new equipment.
• Perform routine or emergency maintenance on Blow Mold machines and related equipment, including pick and place robots or similar.
• Program, update, and demonstrate use of PLCs for customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of blow molding machines and equipment.
• Repair, replace, or update parts as needed.
• Provide phone assistance for technical support and handling customer complaints.
