This role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, exercises, and activities to restore mobility, strength, and independence.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control measures, and ethical standards.
