Your Role

Support compliance of operational systems and respective enhancements for air freight.

What Are You Going To Do?

• Responsible for Station Process (including inherent policies and procedures) compliance and improvements.
• Deliver training to new hires / refresher.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for all of Company systems, such as Matrix OFS, SalesForce / C-View, CargoWiseOne, etc.
• Log training record in LMS (Learning Management System) for all trainings delivered.
• Pull reports from various system and do data analysis.
• Resolve Daily operational challenges.
• Troubleshoot help desk tickets / Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI's).
• Troubleshoot of system glitches.
• Monitor Systems & Process Specialist Shared Mailbox and / or group email.
• Initiate projects to drive process efficiency and improve data quality.
• Back up for other SPSs.
• Assist Business Implementation team to implement new customers.
• Motivate and engage local team to decrease turnover rate.
• Any other tasks assigned by managers.

Travel requirement - 10% domestic and up to 10% International. Position includes partial telecommuting. Must have req 562886 on application.
