We are growing, and we’re looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about their craft, love delivering exceptional client care, and are ready to grow within a premium wellness brand.


What You’ll Do

• Provide customized, results-driven massage services that address each client’s needs and wellness goals.
• Incorporate enhancements (cupping, aromatherapy, salt stones, CBD, etc.) to elevate every service.
• Educate clients on the benefits of consistent massage and our full range of wellness services.
• Encourage rebooking and wellness memberships to support long-term client results.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest care in every session.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless spa journey for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Massage Therapists (Florida) with a true passion for wellness and helping people.
• Weekend availability is required (Friday–Monday are our busiest days).
• Training or experience in spa enhancements such as deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, and aromatherapy.
• Strong communication and client connection skills.
• A team player mindset — professional, reliable, and focused on growth.
