Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can just groom. Fall in love with grooming again with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment. It's the pride of giving Fluffy a makeover in our salons watching him strut his stuff on the way out. It's the excitement of Walter's wagging tail during his bath or Sadie's smile after her teeth are cleaned. It's the gussying up of Gizmo for this year's holiday photoshoot. (Fun fact : many of our groomers receive holiday cards from their clients!) It's the little things we do that add up to really big things that pets need. We started with 1 van back in 2018 and have grown steadily to now operate 11 vans daily with a solid team backing our groomers. Bob, the owner, is heavily involved in the business. He is committed to helping his team be successful and happy. In addition to his time working closely with every groomer, he has assembled a wonderful team of grooming professionals and former groomers to support them. We've built our team around respect for groomers - concern for their safety and wellbeing, providing growth and educational opportunities and emphasizing care for the pets and their treatment. While we're part of a franchise brand, we're very much a local business who takes a long-term perspective on building a good team and good customers.
