A company is looking for a Tech / System Core Support Analyst to provide technical support and system administration for core healthcare IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for healthcare IT systems and applications
Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and assist with maintenance tasks
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement solutions and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of core healthcare IT applications and infrastructure components
Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticket management processes
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Basic knowledge of database management or server administration is preferred
