• Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to :
• Perform
• preventive and predictive maintenance
• on machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
• Operate and maintain
• critical plant systems
• , including chillers, dryers, compressors, HVAC, cooling towers, lighting, and pumping systems.
• Perform
• corrective maintenance
• tasks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute lasting repairs using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
• Support
• machinery installation and relocation
• , maintaining a clean, organized workspace following
• 5S standards
• Participate in
• continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PPI tools)
• and safety / environmental programs.
• Document all maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy in
• preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance forms
• Candidates for Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered :
• High School Diploma or GED required;
• technical degree in
• Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Technology
• preferred.
• 3+ years of experience
• in facilities and / or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of
• mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• ; able to read and interpret U.S. and European diagrams.
• Skilled in using
• diagnostic tools
• such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and ammeters.
• Excellent
• analytical, communication, and teamwork
• skills with a commitment to
• safety and continuous improvement

• $28 - $30 per hour

• Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

• $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
