Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and ensuring efficient coordination of unit functions during your shift. Collaborating with management, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies while serving as a valuable resource for staff. This role also involves embodying our organization's vision, mission, and values to promote exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate admission and discharge processes to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient throughput.
• Engage in ongoing assessments of the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Foster teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to improve outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and facilitate service recovery as needed.
• Implement current nursing strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff while supporting their ongoing development and performance evaluation.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor needs according to patient care requirements.
• Oversee inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment for optimal operation.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
