From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformation project or transaction.

Work You'll Do

You will develop technology strategies to increase a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and ultimately deliver value across the stakeholder set. You will determine the platforms to adopt, the architectures to build, the ways of working to change, and the capabilities improvements required to operate at efficient scale. As a trusted advisor, you will be expected to craft quality deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships - whether on a small engagement or as part of a larger transformation. When not serving clients, Senior Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

A Senior Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology solutions to solve our client's most complex business challenges. A Senior Manager at Deloitte is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including :

• Engagement Management : Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
• Client Management : Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Business Development : Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• Practice Development & Eminence : Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals.
• People Development : Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300 to $322,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
