The beautiful Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace are seeking a Complex Sales Manager to join their commercial services team ! These 800 and 1000 room properties offer 90265sq. ft. and 118082sq. ft. of meeting space respectively and are adjacent to Disney Springs.

In this role you will report to the Director of Sales as well as a complex Director of Sales and Marketing!

The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous full-service hotel sales experience securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers.

What will I be doing

The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

This role requires strong sales communication and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
