[job_card.job_description]Competitive wages, PTO and seasonal bonuses Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Be part of a local business that is making a positive impact on the community Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Report any issues or problems to management immediately Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis maneuver totes weighing up to 70lbs., using material handling equipment. Getting in and out of the van over 300 times a day safely. Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license or an unexpired state-issued identification Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a background check Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Delivery Vehicle Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment

- 10-hour shifts are ideal
- 4-day workweek [40 or less than 40] hours is ideal
- Schedule for FT Team Members is set schedule
- Hours of operation are from 9 : 35am - 8 : 05pm
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break
- Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses
- Medical, dental, 401K and vision insurance (Note : Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance)
Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
