Senior Functional Consultant with D365 Field Service and PowerApps

Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with MS Dynamics Field Service and PowerApps products expertise to join our Digital Supply Chain Transformation Program.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities and a proven track record of working effectively with internal and external business partners. They should be adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and aligning their efforts with client business goals.

The role involves participating in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions as part of our Digital Supply Chain Transformation Program. You will be responsible for process analysis, gathering business requirements, conducting impact analysis and leading solution implementations.

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of MS Dynamics Field Service and Power Apps products, with knowledge of MS Dynamics Finance being a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft project implementation methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the business value of new MS Dynamics solutions to customers and design strategies to achieve their business goals
• Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, facilitating discovery sessions and workshops
• Proactively gather feedback from key business users, identifying gaps in the business and systems, and make recommendations for enhancements
• Effectively communicate recommended solutions to the appropriate audience and build consensus
• Manage customer expectations and relationships, collaborating with the project team to address any issues that arise during engagements
• Prepare estimations on project time frames, required resources, and develop comprehensive project plans
• Establish criteria for deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
• Ensure governance of delivery management processes and adherence to the selected delivery model
• Perform price benchmarks, cost estimations, and technology modeling for evaluation purposes
• Measure and improve delivery productivity
• Analyze internal and external dependencies to create delivery timelines for multiple streams

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with distributed teams
• Profound expertise in onshore, nearshore, and offshore outsourcing and delivery models
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Dynamics Finance
• Knowledge of Microsoft project implementation methodologies
