Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives to optimize solutions for cost, quality, and delivery
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
Proven leadership and cross-functional experience
Experience with contract negotiations and compliance standards
