Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio-Visual Engineer to provide end-to-end AV support for high-impact executive events at Microsoft’s Mountain View campus. This onsite role involves hands-on operation and maintenance of cutting-edge AV systems for leadership town halls, product launches, and hybrid meetings. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in UHD video workflows, networked AV, camera robotics, and lighting integration, along with a proven track record in live show execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Live Event Execution

• Operate advanced AV systems including dvLED walls (Novastar), 3M / E UHD switchers, and media servers.
• Manage UHD 12G-SDI / HDMI signal paths, HDCP-compliant LED feeds, and multiviewer monitoring.
• Configure and operate PTZ cameras, robotic dolly / track systems, and pedestals with UHD licenses and collision avoidance.
• Run hybrid / streaming workflows using SRT appliances, hard disk recorders, and Microsoft Teams Rooms with NDI / HDMI-USB bridge.
