Shift Details : 3-4 days a week

• Practice Setting : Outpatient
• EMR : Cerner
• Patients per day 12-16
• Support Staff : RN : 5 ,MA : 3 , PA / NPs : 4, Office Staff : 6
• Patient Population / Age : Practice is primarily adults with a large number of geriatric patients. Minimal Peds patients, as
• pediatrics department is on site
• Skills Required : Can be Family Med or Internal Med,
• Note : Must be willing to do pre-op exams, see hospital follow-ups, and
• essentially function as a temporary PCP with duties to include covering practice partners' medication refills,
