This role is for a visionary Principal who will architect, launch, and scale the platform and AI systems that make this "done-for-you" promise real turning advanced advertising into something any business owner can do in minutes.

Building the Next-Generation Growth Engine

As the Principal PM for the GenAI Advertising Platform, you will own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and delivery of a unified, outcome-driven advertising system that becomes a central growth pillar for Intuit Mailchimp.

You'll build and launch AI-powered advertising experiences that enable SMBs to effortlessly create, manage, and optimize single-channel and cross-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, eBay, Yelp, and beyond.

You'll partner closely with the Marketing Data Platform to ensure our AI, ML, and System Learning Models are trained and scaled to deliver smarter, faster, and more effective campaign performance.

Your Mandate : Architecting the AI-Driven, Done-for-You Advertising Platform

1. Architecting the Autonomous Campaign (GenAI-First)

• Intent-to-Outcome Flow : Design a natural-language, prompt-driven experience that translates simple business goals into complete, optimized campaignsno manual setup required.
• The Outcome Engine : Build the proprietary GenAI decision system that predicts, executes, and continuously optimizes campaign strategy and spend across channels in real time.
• Generative Creative Flywheel : Create an autonomous system that generates and refines ad copy, visuals, and targeting using live performance data and AI feedback loops.

Qualifications

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is :

Bay Area, California : $238,000 - 319,000

New York City, New York : $232,500 - 314,500
