About the Job

Position : Property Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate investment team. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple acquisition processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess potential property acquisition opportunities.

Conduct market research and property evaluations to determine investment potential.

Communicate effectively with property owners and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts.

Manage acquisition processes from initial contact through contract execution.

Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM systems to track leads and deals.

Foster positive relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and market evaluation skills.

Proven experience in acquisitions, real estate, or related fields.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Solid organizational and project management skills.

Experience using CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus.

Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
