Areté is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work onsite in one of our Areté facilities or remote / hybrid near an Areté facility. The candidate will collaborate with business unit stakeholders and program management, travel occasionally, and provide some afterhours support. The candidate must possess strong technical skills with a focus on reporting and data integration between disparate platforms. The candidate should be skilled in SQL and adept at critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with the Manager of IT Business Systems and other team members to establish and maintain an internal capability to provide timely and accurate information in a presentable manner to support various business objectives. This is an exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position.

Primary responsibilities :

• Engage with business leaders, managers, and end-users to gather requirements.
• Document detailed requirements, use cases, and functional specifications to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solution.
• Analyze current business processes and their dependencies on information systems and data to make recommendations on process and data flow enhancements.
• Create, maintain, and present reports and / or dashboards to stakeholders using data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes and offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions related to the applicable reporting tools, interfaces, and data products.
• Contribute to other Business Systems department tasks as assigned

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $108,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to : the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills.
