Key Responsibilities
Manage recruiting workflows using applicant tracking systems
Source candidates through networking, cold-calling, and job boards
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up with candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (new grads welcome to apply)
1+ years of client-facing or client engagement experience
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong consulting and relationship management skills
