Salary : $80,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred)
- 8 to 10 years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on security operations
- Demonstrated experience in managing Security Operations Centers (SOC), incident response, and vulnerability management initiatives
- Practical experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS / IPS, and vulnerability management systems
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance with regulations (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, CMMC)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.) are highly preferred
- Experience in cloud security operations (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for security workflows
- Proven capability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities :
Lead the formulation and execution of the cybersecurity operations strategy and procedures aligned with organizational goalsManage a team of security analysts and engineers, fostering an environment of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing learningDrive enhancements in security operations via automation, the integration of threat intelligence, and advanced analyticsAct as a trusted advisor to senior management regarding operational security risks, emerging threats, and strategies for mitigationSupervise 24 / 7 Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, ensuring effective threat detection, analysis, and incident response with timely escalations and root cause assessmentsEstablish and monitor operational KPIs and metrics to evaluate the efficiency of security tools, processes, and risk exposureMaintain and test incident response and disaster recovery plansOversee vulnerability assessment and remediation initiatives in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environmentsCollaborate with IT and business divisions to ensure prompt application of patches and configuration hardeningIntegrate threat intelligence into operational processes to proactively address risksEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards applicable to the manufacturing sector (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, CMMC)Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and operational playbooksPerform regular audits and assessments to verify security posture and operational efficiencyAssess and implement advanced security technologies for threat intelligence, SIEM, EDR, and monitoring of OTWork closely with IT and OT teams to safeguard industrial control systems (ICS) and IoT devicesPropel initiatives for automation and orchestration to enhance efficiency and minimize response timesCollaborate with IT, engineering, and business partners to incorporate security into all processes and projectsServe as a main escalation point for critical security incidents and executive communicationsTechnologies :
