Your New Role

We are looking to fill a Product Manager role on the Product Management team within Enterprise Data & AI Solutions, which is a group charged with transforming the organization into a data-driven enterprise. We scale customer obsession and use data to drive business strategy, innovation, and improvements to customer needs. This position will work across data architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance as the liaison to business stakeholders and help drive the organization to measurable results.

• Define product vision and strategy for a product :
• Understand business objectives, clarify strategy, and align to a cohesive roadmap focused on delivering key outcomes.
• Communicate how product feature-level goals fit into larger divisional goals :
• Ensure alignment between team efforts and organizational success.

Stakeholder Management

Data Strategy & Systems Understanding

Qualifications & Experiences

BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience

5+ years of experience in a data-driven IT team

Ability to function effectively and consistently when faced with frequently changing and sometimes ambiguous goals

Experience working with cross-functional teams, as well as working in collaboration with other product managers towards a common goal

Experience with reporting and analytics tools

Proficiency in SQL

Confidence to dive into data, understand it inside out and how it connects to our business stakeholders

Understanding and experience with software development methodologies, including waterfall and agile

Ability to learn project management tools in order to continuously improve effectiveness

Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate complex business concepts into clear requirements

Not Required but preferred experience :

Public speaking and presentation skills

Familiarity with media sector a plus

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $133,140.00 - $247,260.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
