Position Description :

The Payroll Processing Technician handles bi-weekly payroll operations including time entry verification, payroll adjustments, and hands-on support for employees. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and smooth communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Enter payroll exception and adjustment data.
• Validate employee timecards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Answer payroll-related inquiries with professionalism.
• Reconcile payroll deductions and assist with GL transactions.
• Support pay processing for employees on medical or job-related leave.
