AbilityPoint, a growing nonprofit serving youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a mission focused Finance Director.

Position Overview :

The Director of Finance will be a strategic partner to the Executive Director, overseeing all financial functions. This role is responsible for the financial stewardship of our resources, ensuring every dollar supports our mission and drives our long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and grant accounting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing clear and actionable insights to the leadership team and the Board.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to donors and grant providers.
• Coordinate the annual audit process and ensure compliance with all non-profit financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare, submit and reconcile Medicaid Billing to Managed Care Organizations
• Oversee administrative functions including human resources, and risk management.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability with all stakeholders.
