This opportunity offers a rewarding role working within a K-12 school setting in Philadelphia, PA, supporting students through applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies and behavioral interventions. The position focuses on promoting positive behavioral outcomes and enhancing the educational experience for diverse learners during the current school year on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement ABA techniques and behavior modification plans tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to guide intervention strategies
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and monitor behavior support plans
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and classroom management
