    • Qualifications

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland.
  • Outpatient experience required for leadership (strong clinical rotations considered for new graduates).
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with EMR documentation.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, high-quality therapy.
  • Document patient progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families.
  • Oversee staffing, operations, and financial aspects.
  • Promote services within the community.
  • Mentor and train new team members.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
