Responsibilities :

• Deliver quality patient care during assessment, intervention, and evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create effective care plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Continuously monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
