Customer Service Representative - Baton Rouge

FULL-TIME

$17 / Hr.

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through retention. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional assistance.
• Prepare accurate quotes, follow up with customers, and ensure timely responses to drive conversions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships and support repeat business.
• Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct light research to resolve customer questions and provide informed solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to meet customer needs and deadlines.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Strong phone communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-up habits.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management.
• Experience handling quoting, order processing, or sales support in a B2B environment.
