Job Overview :
The Social Media Content Producer is responsible for overseeing all production and logistical aspects of social media and paid social content. This role serves as the key liaison between the Social Media, Creative, and overseas production teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through final delivery.
Working closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager, the Producer brings creative concepts to life while managing schedules, budgets, talent, and deliverables. This role is equal parts creative collaboration and production oversight, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and social performance goals.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Manage the creative development process from concept to final delivery
- Organize and oversee all stages of social media production, including pre-production, production, and post-production
- Optimize team productivity to ensure high-quality styling, photography, and video output
- Oversee the production of creative assets, including photo, video, and other digital content
- Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines, platform requirements, and quality standards
- Amplify and communicate creative direction clearly to all relevant internal and external partners
- Communicate production plans, schedules, and responsibilities to production teams and management; provide feedback to improve workflows and processes
- Organize production timelines, calendars, and scheduling sequences for each project
- Plan creative concepts, production flow, logistics, manpower requirements, and budgets
- Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, and Brand teams to assign and manage talent (photographers, videographers, models, HMU artists, agencies, etc.)
- Manage resources by identifying, negotiating, and booking external vendors and freelancers as needed
- Oversee contracts, usage rights, releases, invoices, and payment facilitation
- Work cross-functionally with Social, Digital, Marketing, PR, Design, and overseas teams to determine the most effective production approach
- Partner with the Social Media Content team to forecast the annual and seasonal shoot calendar
- Collect, organize, and categorize deliverables; maintain organized asset libraries to ensure teams receive assets accurately and on time
Qualifications :
3–4+ years of experience in content production, including photo and video shootsStrong understanding of social media production workflows and best practicesProven experience managing pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production deliveryAbility to creatively problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentCreative portfolio showcasing results-driven work across multiple formatsStrong eye for detail, visual composition, and storytellingExcellent organizational skills with the ability to build clear systems and workflowsStrong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative, proactive, and comfortable providing direct, constructive feedbackBenefits :
