Duties / Responsibilities :

Working as a PLA in the assigned 5 -10 hours weekly performing Lead PLA tasksAct as a mentor for a group of 10-18 PLAsAssist PLA Coordinator in interview processPromote OSSA services via social media and eventsAttend a monthly Lead PLA meetingAttend a mandatory Lead PLA training at the beginning of the semesterAttend the Open House at the beginning of the semesterEngage in ongoing trainingsOther duties assigned

Position Summary :

In this position, Lead Peer Learning Assistants will begin in August and last through May. Lead PLAs mentor a group of PLAs in addition to their own PLA responsibilities.
