The Permanente Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Napa Solano. Position Highlights
Team Composition: 16 surgeons (5 Hand, 4 Total Joint, 4 Sports, 1 Shoulder Elbow, 2 Trauma)
Collaborative Model: Work closely with 12 experienced Physician Assistants
Surgical Focus: Hand – elective and trauma
OR Time: 1–2 days per week
Call Schedule: ~1 in 16 (Level 2 and 3 community trauma)
Dedicated trauma room time available
Practice Environment
