Job Title : ServiceNow Developer (CSM / PSDS) Location : Remote (Candidate must be local to Nashville, TN) Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM CST Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and / or Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS). The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance citizen services, streamline case management, and support digital transformation across public sector initiatives. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and PSDS applications for public sector needs. Develop workflows, case lifecycles, business rules, and integrations. Build portals and self-service experiences for citizens and government staff. Implementation & Delivery Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Deliver proactive service solutions to enhance citizen engagement and service transparency. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance with government standards. Integration & Support Integrate ServiceNow with legacy systems, CRM / ERP, and external data sources (REST / SOAP). Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for CSM / PSDS modules. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Governance & Best Practices Follow ServiceNow development and coding standards. Ensure adherence to public sector security, accessibility, and data privacy regulations. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and / or PSDS. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with Service Portal and UI / UX customization. 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications (REST / SOAP). Knowledge of platform security and user access management. Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and health scans (preferred). Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. Understanding of public sector service delivery and citizen engagement strategies.
