100k Sign on Bonus - Northern Illinois near Chicago

Collegial, hospital based private Radiology practice of 11 seeks another Interventional Radiologist to join their team. The practice is based out of a 250+ bed Level 1 trauma and stroke center. No regular overnight imaging call with teleradiology service covering from 7pm 7am. IR / DX receives a variable bonus for interventional call = 70k-100k extra for IR per year and continues into partnership. IR reimbursement is the same rate as partners immediately. Equal (1 : 4) call with the other IR / DX rads in the group. Guaranteed starting salary of 500k plus 100k sign on bonus , 12 weeks PTO with 3 weeks of additional scattered days off , health, disability, malpractice, 401k, relocation and more. Partnership after 1 year with partners income over 620k. This City of Gardens and Rivers is located 90 miles from Chicago and the Wisconsin border.
