Buyer I – High-Impact Role in Fast-Paced Parts Distribution
Location: Doral, FL | Salary: Up to $65,000 | Full-Time | Onsite Only

This fully onsite position is hands-on and operationally vital, requiring expertise in ERP systems, SKU management, and advanced Excel functions. Your work will directly support inventory availability, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency that keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Execute purchasing transactions with precision — create and manage POs, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors.
Maintain accurate ERP purchasing data and ensure timely closure of open orders.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounts Payable to reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices.
Build and maintain professional vendor relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Support inventory replenishment based on demand, lead times, and operational requirements.
Apply knowledge of pricing, landed costs, and purchasing controls in daily decisions.
Assist in documenting and standardizing purchasing processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of purchasing/procurement experience in distribution, wholesale, or similar environments.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis).
Experience with ERP/purchasing systems (Sage or similar).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fully onsite — no remote work.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and vendor negotiation skills.
