Manage litigation cases, including document control and calendaring docket deadlinesPrepare and organize legal documents such as forms, charts, reports, and correspondenceAssist with trial preparation , including organizing trial documents and exhibitsPrepare pre-trial pleadings and support filing readinessPrepare for depositions and assist attorneys with deposition materialsPrepare for hearings and coordinate supporting documentsRequest and organize records, including maintaining clear record logsMaintain team and court calendars and keep attorneys aware of scheduled events and approaching deadlinesSchedule meetings and conference calls and support coordination across stakeholdersCommunicate professionally with insurance carriers, insureds, clients, and vendors via phone and emailMaintain electronic and paper files with strong organization and version controlSupport other team members and timekeepers as neededQualifications
1+ year of paralegal or legal secretarial experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesDemonstrated initiative, self-direction, and professionalism with clients and carriersProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelors degree preferred (not required)Why Youll Love Working Here
