Shift :   5x8 or 4x10 days 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm or 6 : 30am-4 : 30pm  (No weekends – No Call - No Holidays)

Start :   ASAP – 2 week onboarding

Insight Global is looking for an Outpatient Surgical Tech at an Outpatient Surgery Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This tech will support outpatient surgical procedures in ENT (pediatric) and orthopedic (adult) cases by preparing sterile environments, assisting surgical teams, and ensuring patient safety. The Outpatient Surgical Technician prepares operating rooms, sterilizes instruments, and assists surgeons and nurses during outpatient surgeries. This role requires knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical instruments, and teamwork skills. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining sterile operating room conditions for ENT and orthopedic cases, assisting surgical staff by handling instruments and equipment during procedures, monitoring surgical supplies and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards, and supporting patient preparation and post-operative cleanup. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program with certification preferred, strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a clinical outpatient environment, and excellent communication and effective teamwork skills. This role primarily functions in outpatient surgical centers focusing on same-day procedures.
