A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations and summarizing findings for leadership
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR matters with potential risks
Interact with Leave and Accommodation and Risk Management departments regarding legal compliance and recommendations
Required Qualifications
A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
2+ years of exempt-level employee relations experience, preferably in a multi-state and high volume environment
Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law is essential
Experience in preparing responses to formal complaints filed with State or Federal agencies is preferred
Knowledge of ADA and applicable state and federal laws is necessary
