Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and refine compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans
Lead data-driven compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and conduct pay equity analyses
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a highly analytical HR function
Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling
Expert-level Excel skills, including building complex models and handling large datasets
Strong knowledge of compensation structures and compliance requirements
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and compensation tools
