Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field required; MBA or CFA designation preferred. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis tailored to commercial landscape projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software; experience with industry-specific software and tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in analyzing project metrics and financial data. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Our client is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in financial analysis and reporting to support their continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including due diligence, and financial feasibility analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flows, investment returns, and valuation metrics for various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analysis, and provide insights to support business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and risks impacting the business.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations, and quarterly reports.
