Responsibilities

  • Assistthesocialmediateaminthemaintenanceandupdatingofsocialmediachanneldocumentation
  • Updatematerialstosupporttheevaluation,includingonline/emailsurvey,checklists,andreports
  • AssistwithupdatingPowerPointpresentations,internalresearchandExcelfiles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinmarketing,communications,orequivalent
  • 1-3years’experienceinamarketing,communications,orsocialmediarole
  • 1+yearexperienceusingenterprisesocialmediatoolssuchasSprinklr,Hootsuite,Sprout,etc.
  • Professionalexperiencecollectingandorganizingdata,performingresearchandwritingreports
  • Clearunderstandingofsocialmediaanalyticsandderivinginsightsfromdata
  • StrongMicrosoftOfficesuiteskills,withanemphasisonExcelandPowerPoint
