Job Description
Job Summary:Support the Carbon Capital Team in all aspects of project development, management and general engineering for all energy related projects with a focus on energy conservation. This job will have a key role in helping to maximize the development of Cox Conserves projects. This position consults across the team and company to ensure the integrity of projects and alignment to the Cox Conserves goals.Key work areas for this role include energy assessments and reporting, project development, financial modeling, budgeting, construction, operation, management, monitoring infrastructure assets, modifications, periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective action, failure analysis, measurement and tracking. Applicant must demonstrate a strong aptitude to be able to independently identify, develop and manage projects.Job Responsibilities:Benefits
