The Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding service segments or functional teams while promoting the Mission and Core Values of Providence St Joseph Health. This position oversees the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of programs and initiatives aimed at driving organizational improvements in Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost. Collaborating closely with other PSJH leaders, the Senior Program Manager will devise effective strategies and tactics to resolve both systemic and acute challenges, thereby enhancing overall operations.
