Mobile Facilities Technician

I. Position Summary

This role is a mobile technician who will perform routine maintenance of Facilities at assigned site(s). Perform daily repair functions in all facilities areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety and pest control. As needed, perform a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties to ensure our school buildings are clean, disinfected, and organized. Provide high quality customer service to all internal clients. Collaborate with other team members to provide coverage at all sites, as needed. This position will report directly to the Director and the Manager of Facilities.

II. Education & Certification Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience or proven working experience in facilities maintenance Childcare and, or Healthcare preferred.

Physical Requirements :

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform. The employee must regularly operate a word-processing system and therefore must be able to read, produce, and transmit data on such a system. The employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds during the workday. The employee must be able to work at all CCA locations as needed. The employee will be required to travel to other sites to perform work assignments upon request.
