Field Technician

Installing, configuring, and supporting end-user devices, peripherals, and software.

Deployment of various end user hardware, up to and including physical installation, connection to network, and basic configuration (documentation provided). Hardware will include but is not limited to : printers, scanners (barcode and document), carts, laptops, desktops.

Using predefined scripts to test workstations within the footprint to validate printing / mapping.

Submitting incidents / performing basic troubleshooting to rectify issues discovered during testing.

Supporting hardware refresh and facility technology deployment projects.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders for escalations and complex issue resolution.

Performing root cause analysis and providing technical documentation when appropriate.

Providing basic technical training to end users.

Maintaining accurate asset tracking and documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree and CompTIA A+ is PREFERRED.

Type :

CONTRACT in JANUARY 2026 (2-3 weeks)

Prefers someone who is Flexible with shifts

From Dec-January shifts will be M-F 8AM-5PM or F-M 8AM-7PM there are also NIGHT SHIFT OPTIONS (+shift differential)

From January-End of Contract it will switch over to 12 Hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule and you can choose between Days or Nights

Preferred Skills

1. Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.

2. Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions

3. Strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40-50 pounds

• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr.
