Finance & Grant Analyst (Non-Exempt)

Find your calling at Mercy! The Finance & Grant Analyst conducts financial analysis, prepares financial reports, and assists with fiscal and grant accounting. It is the role of this position to learn the workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate, thorough, and timely work completion. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details : Minimum Required Qualifications Education : BS Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or 5 years of equivalent experience Experience : 2 years prior finance experience including exposure to grant administration preferred Other Skills and Knowledge : Prefer the following : Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to collect and analyze data. Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills required. Why Mercy?
