ID : 73939668 Shift : 07 : 00-19 : 00 Description : : TriStar Northcrest Location : Springfield,TN Address : Unit Name : MS2 & MS3 Building : Cost Center : 61259 & 61359 General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 27 on each floor Patient Ratios : 5 : 1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretaries during the dayshift and techs on all shifts Type of equipment : Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machines Documentation system : Medhost but transitioning to Meditech April 19th Scheduling requirements : 3 days a week with every other weekend Floating policy : will need to float between MS 2 and MS3 Patient Experience requirements : Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : Basic Med / Surg experiences, Experience with post-op patients especially ortho Advanced skills needed : NA Procedures performed on unit : Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS preferred but not required Dress Code : (Required uniform) Dark blue Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
