Client Coordinator – Healthcare Experience Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator with prior experience in a healthcare setting to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting case management processes through CMS portals and internal systems, ensuring accurate data handling and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• CMS Portal Management : Navigate and process cases through CMS portals, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into internal databases.
• Eligibility Review : Assess documentation for eligibility and completeness before advancing cases for review.
• Data Operations : Prepare, enter, track, and maintain case-related data with precision and confidentiality.
• Client Communication : Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, addressing questions, status updates, and general information requests.
• Medical Record Handling :

Retrieve medical records from external client systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00 / hr.
