Key Responsibilities
Build, implement, and improve outbound sales strategies and systems
Identify target accounts and design outreach cadences to drive engagement and conversion
Hire, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in outbound sales with a proven track record
Background in supplements, natural CPG, or health food retail preferred
Experience hiring and leading sales teams in a high-growth environment
Deep understanding of CRM tools and outbound sales platforms
