Senior Manager, Software Development

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams and shape how we build and ship software.

This is a role for a hands-on leader who loves turning strategy into execution, building high-trust teams, and seeing their work make a real difference.

You’ll own how work gets delivered - improving predictability, release quality, and engineering efficiency - while coaching and developing engineers to do the best work of their careers.

You’ll have the autonomy to raise the bar, the support to make meaningful changes, and the visibility to see your impact across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Driving high quality software delivery

• Lead engineering teams to deliver predictably excellent work.
• Foster strong engineering practices and provide engineers and senior management early feedback.
• Help your team to strike the right balance between new initiatives, production issues and customer-reported problems.

Growing teams and leaders by example

Improving efficiency and leverage

Providing technical leadership

Partnering across the organization

Who You Are :

The salary range for this position is $155,000-$176,000 annually.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as a discretionary bonus.
