Job Description
Summary of major responsibilities
- Filing and Labeling : Responsible for accurately filing and labeling mail and files ensuring a systematic organization for easy retrieval.
- Assisting Order Entry Manager and Supervisors : Collaborate with the Order Entry Manager and supervisors to perform various tasks to streamline order processing and customer service operations.
- Maintaining Organization : Uphold a high level of organization within the workspace including desks files and common areas.
- Detail-oriented : Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure data entry and filing accuracy.
Job Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Assist in maintaining and organizing inventory of office supplies ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office space including light cleaning and tidying.Assist in decorating the office space during special occasions or holidays to create a positive and festive work environment.Qualifications include
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Effective communication skills.Job Type : Part-Time Hourly Position
Hours are Monday- FridayPart-time to Full
Flexible start and end timeTypical work week is up to 40 hours or lessCompensation
