Job Description
Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and safety. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for all equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively. Collaborate with other departments to support manufacturing and engineering operations. Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Oversee the procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
